Meet Your Coaches
Lindsey Zinck, RN, PhD, OCN, NEA-BC
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Lindsey Zinck is a Mayo Clinic–trained Health and Wellness Coach and nationally recognized oncology nursing leader with over 18 years of experience across clinical care, research, and healthcare innovation. She has served as Chief Nursing Officer of a leading academic cancer center and has led initiatives focused on improving care delivery and patient outcomes across the cancer continuum.
Her passion for integrative and lifestyle medicine emerged through her own health journey, after navigating complex health challenges that reshaped how she understood healing and prevention. Having spent much of her career working to alleviate the suffering cancer creates, Lindsey founded Rally & Rise to help prevent suffering before it starts—empowering individuals to reduce risk, rebuild confidence after cancer, and create sustainable, whole-person health.
Outside of her professional work, Lindsey lives in Philadelphia with her husband, son, and two pugs—one of whom can happily run four miles alongside the family. Raised in a family of wrestlers, married to a wrestler, and now raising a wrestler, she has a deep appreciation for discipline, resilience, and the power of consistent habits—and she brings these principles into her approach to wellness coaching.
In addition to her passion for helping prevent cancer and reduce suffering through lifestyle medicine, Lindsey is equally passionate about supporting athletes in developing well-rounded habits that optimize performance, recovery, and long-term health.
She believes most people already know what to do to improve their health—the challenge is putting it into practice. Wellness coaching exists to close the gap between knowing and doing. Through Rally & Rise, she partners with clients to turn insight into action and intention into lasting transformation.

Ali Barrett, RN, MSN, CRNP
Founder & Chief Clinical Officer
I’m an oncology nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience treating patients with hematologic malignancies, now working as a heme malignancy oncology nurse educator. After years on the front lines of cancer care, I became deeply passionate about what happens outside the clinical window where I often met people — the prevention of disease, and the support needed to truly heal and thrive after treatment is complete. This work centers on preventive medicine and helping people take ownership of their health both before illness takes hold and long after treatment ends.
My passion is helping people make small, sustainable changes that compound into meaningful, long-term health — no extremes, no perfection, just progress.
I’m also a wife and proud mom of three, a beach lover, gardener, and Bravo TV enthusiast. I know firsthand how busy and full life can be, which is why my approach to health coaching is practical, compassionate, and designed for real people living real lives.
